As the calls come in, we will route them to the correct department depending on the patient’s needs. With our help, all patients will be directed to professional help in the most efficient way possible.

How our service works
Our well trained agents have all the skills necessary to provide a professional experience for everyone who calls. Our remote switchboard service will ensure calls are handled appropriately through the following options:
- Warm hand-off of calls directly to the appropriate person after introducing the caller.
- Unsupervised hand-off-our agent won’t stay on the line, but will transfer the call to the necessary person.
- Messages-We’re also available to take messages and pass them along to the appropriate person.
