“24/7 Call Center Site Certification Gold Star Level”, from The Association of Tele Services International, atsi.org. This award certifies that Mid-State Communications has met or exceeded the highest standards in the following areas: business practices, life safety, operations, including normal and emergency procedures, personnel hiring, and training as well as over 60 different criteria.  The review program focuses on processes and procedures which ensure the call centers ability to provide services at all times thus achieving a 99.99 % run time.  Less than 1% of the industry has been able to meet the qualifications required to receive this certification. 

2019 ATSI Award

Award of Excellence Winner for Outstanding Service

“The Award Of Excellence” 10 Consecutive years from The Association of Tele Services International atsi.org  After six months of intensive testing, an independent panel of judges scores call-handling skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy, engagement with caller, and overall service to the clients.  The Agents are also scored on the “Wow Factor”, which is based on the caller knowing they had a great customer service experience.

Award of Excellence Winner for Outstanding Service

“The Award of Excellence” 9 Consecutive years from CAM-X, camx.ca. For the last 6 months of each year our agents are evaluated by an independent panel of judges.  The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to clients.  Again we are judged on the “Wow Factor”.   Mid-State Communications is the only Middle TN service to achieve this award.
